We use fastway for domestic freight and New Zealand post for International customer freight. You will receive an automated tracking confirmation email upon dispatch of your order.
Product returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days from date of purchase, all products must be returned in original condition. Refunds where applicable will be made within 10 working days from the time the product(s) returned to us. Please note we do not refund shipping charges.
