3-7 day delivery for all New Zealand orders with Free freight on orders over $500.00 inc gst.
International 5-10 day delivery charges are calculated based on the weight and size of the product/s you have ordered and where you are located.
We use fastway for domestic freight and New Zealand post for International customer freight. You will receive an automated tracking confirmation email upon dispatch of your order.
Product returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days from date of purchase, all products must be returned in original condition. Refunds where applicable will be made within 10 working days from the time the product(s) returned to us. Please note we do not refund shipping charges.
Each animal in this collection has been painted and drawn in a way that from a distance they look detailed and whimsical, but up close they are soft, imperfect and has a look of being incomplete, which is still beautiful.
